The Marumi 77mm Solar Eclipse Filter is a specialized filter for taking images of solar eclipses. It is a neutral density filter which reduces light transmission values to 1/100,000 and has been specifically designed to be the ultimate filter to capture amazing images of the solar eclipse! This filter is available in both 58mm and 77mm filter sizes and can be attached directly to a 58mm or 77mm lens. This filter can easily be attached to a lens of a different diameter by using a standard stepping ring. Due to the nature of this type of photography, for best results it is recommended that you use a tripod when shooting with this filter.
