The mixer features two accurate low-noise μPre preamps providing up to 60 dB of gain with line and instrument level inputs available from the combo jacks. Each channel of the mixer offers a 3-band semi-parametric EQ, full dynamics including compression and gate, and a dedicated reverb with sends from each channel. Additionally, the mixer offers RIAA equalized phono inputs on channels 3 to 8, which allows for the connection of turntables without the need for a dedicated phono preamp.
The control surface accommodates up to 32 channels and all faders, rotary encoders, and buttons offer fully programmable MIDI outputs. The slim-line enclosure has no moving parts, making it ideal for the traveling performer. The K-Mix is USB bus-powered and ships with a 1A USB power supply, a 6′ Mini-B USB cable, and a 3′ Micro-B USB cable.
