Overview
The SCR-DI by Ampeg is a single-channel, portable bass preamp intended for stage and recording use. Designed to bring tube-like grit to solid-state design, this DI provides on-board EQ controls and Ampeg’s proprietary Bass Scrambler Overdrive, both of which can be switched on and off with the tap of your foot. Ultra-Hi and Ultra-Lo options are also provided, and a -15 dB pad jumper renders the unit suitable for both active and passive basses. With PSU-SB from Behringer is a general purpose 9VDC power adapter ideal for powering guitar or bass stomp boxes and effects pedals. The adapter provides a 100mA current from a typical 2.2mm DC plug. Plus a Strukture SC10W 10-Feet Instrument Cable, 6mm Woven is reinforced by a state-of-the-art shrink-wrap sleeve to resist separation at the termination points. Finally, we use the highest quality solder connections, which are protected by a thick ABS inner sleeve, to create a cable you can count on. Also with 20′ XLR-XLR Cable.
